Dead On Arrival (DOA)
If you receive DOA product(s), please reach out to your place of purchase immediately along with your proof of purchase.
Warranty
CHIPSET offers various warranty period depending on your product, our warranty period starts from the day of your purchase (stated on your proof of purchase). We will replace your device within your first 30 days of purchase if there is any quality related issue. We consider our devices “quality issue free” if there is no issue reported within the first 30 days of purchase. Any issue reported after this 30 days period will follow through our “troubleshoot & repair” warranty process.
Software or any problems associated with the software on the device are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Exemptions:
Our warranty does NOT cover damage of the device resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper operation and other acts which are not the fault of CHIPSET.
Other items NOT covered under warranty:
1. Products that have been misplaced or stolen
2. Products that have passed their warranty period
3. Products received as a free product
4. Products repaired by third parties
5. Products damaged by improper operation (including, but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage)
