1. What should I do if I want to reinstall Windows 11 Pro?

This is the official page from Microsoft on how to reinstall Windows. You can also download Windows 11 from the official Microsoft site. You don’t need to enter a product key as the device already has a ‘Digital Entitlement ‘ from Microsoft. Follow the offical instructions from Windows to complete the installation.

2. Can I de-assemble and re-assemble the device?

We do not advise customers to do this as warranty will be void if the product is damaged due to modification.

3. Does our Mini PCs come with an Operating System, RAM, SSD installed?

Yes, they are all built in. You just need keyboard & mouse, power on and use.

4. What should I do if I need technical support?
