We are trying to make our RMA process simple, straight forward and secure.
1. We need you to send us your (faulty) device first before we can ship out your replacement device – please kindly backup any data as we are not responsible for your data on your old device.
CHIPSET expects packages to be returned in as original condition as possible including original packing box, any accessories e.g. power cable etc..
2. Fill in the form below, so our team can start preparing your request. We usually process your returned package within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives and we will ship out your replacement device within the following 5 to 10 business days.
Our team will reach out to you providing you with a postage label from Australian Post which you can send your faulty device back to us.

3. Once your information is received, our team will be in touch with you and please kindly provide us a copy of your proof of purchase to complete our record.
